I recently damaged the moulding on our fridge door that holds a shelf. Can you suggest what product to use?

The shelf holds bottles, so needs to be well supported.

The repair of these breaks can be difficult and is not always very successful due to the type of plastic involved and the lack of available surface area to glue due to it being quite thin plastic.Your photo shows the break in not a clean close fitting break so may be very hard to get it to push back together and hold in place.Certain plastics like polypropylene and polyethylene are virtually impossible to glue using conventional glues. If it is PVC or ABS plastic you can try using 'Araldite 5 Minute or Araldite Super Strength Epoxy Adhesive You may be able to reinforce the repair by first building up behind it with some Epoxy putty which could be forced in under the plastic and moulded to the shape. For this Selleys 'Kneadit Aqua could be used. For best results carry out the repairs and allow to cure at romtemperature before returning fridge to use.If you are able to effect a repair we would suggest limiting the weight the shelf is subjected to
