ou can use Selleys Silicone 401 for this repair. Silicone 401 will withstand temperatures in excess of 200 degC and is Non Toxic when cured and suitable for incidental food contact in food handling equipment and food contact surfaces.After the Sealant has been applied we suggest leaving to cure for a full week before using the oven.Silicone 401 can be purchased from most major hardware or engineering supplies
