What flexible adhesive to use to join Neoprene tubes?

What adhesive can I use to join two ends of a neoprene tube of 9mm dia? I need a flexible adhesive.

This type of tubing can be difficult to glue. Selleys All Plastic Fix is flexible and will bond most rubber including neoprene and is often used for repairs to wetsuits and similar materials.
