How soon can I use a shower after applying Selleys "Wet Area" silicone sealant (not the speed seal type

Product indicates cure time of 72 hours, is this the same as the waterproof time, or time before area can be used (i.e. speed seal indicates waterproof in 2 hours and fully cured in 48 hours)

As long as you leave the sealant around 24 hours you can then use the shower. Full cure is 72 hours but it will have skinned over and cured sufficiently in 24 hours to use the shower.
