Looking for a flexible sealant that will bond with the plastic HDPE( High Density Polyethylene).

I am looking for an outdoor flexible sealant that will bond with and seal joints between sheets of the plastic HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). I wondered if Selley's All Clear might be the best product for that or is there something else better than that?

Unfortunately, low surface energy materials like polyethylene and polypropylene are very difficult to adhere to. We do not have anything in our range that will be suitable for this application.
