You can use a Neutral curing silicone for this.Roof & Gutter Silicone or Brick & Concrete Silicone would be fineYou could also use an Epoxy Adhesive such as Araldite for this repair. Either 5 Minute everyday Araldite or Super Strength Araldite would be fine.
