- Use Selleys Wall Paper Peel/ Stripper, to remove old coverings and wash down surfaces, ensuring surfaces are free of dirt, flaking/ powdery paint, old paste and mould.
- Use Selleys Wall Paper Size/Wall Primer to prepare wall as this increases adhesion and workability.
- Add contents of this pack into 4L of cold water, while stirring briskly, to ensure good dispersion. Leave for 30 min to fully thicken, stirring occasionally. Apply paste evenly with a brush, working from the centre to the sides, ensuring edges are well pasted, but avoid getting paste onto face of covering.
- Apply covering to wall, smooth out and remove air bubbles with a clean sponge, working from centre to sides. Remove any paste residue from face of coverings with a clean damp sponge before paste dries, rinsing sponge regularly.
Limitations:
- Never hang wallpaper on damp surfaces or at temperatures greater than 30˚C or less than 10˚C.
- This product is not for medium to heavy weight coverings, vinyls, foils, textiles, suedes or any covering for which a latex adhesive is specified.
- Always follow wall covering manufacturer's hanging instructions.
- 50g pack provides coverage for 5-6 rolls or 25m².
- Clean tools and hands with water before paste dries.
