Selleys 3 in 1 adhesive, sealant and gap filler is an extremely versatile product - perfect for virtually any sealing, bonding and filling applications on virtually any surface.

Features

As a construction adhesive: high strength bond, water and weather resistant, use on multiple surfaces.
As a sealant: provides a lasting waterproof seal, can be used on all indoor and outdoor surfaces, easily paintable with 2 coats of water-based paints
As a gap filler: highly durable no shrinkage, long lasting resistance to cracking and crumbling, water resistant.

Where can this product be used?

Adhesive

Apply to one surface, in beads for broad surfaces (every 30cm) or dots for small surfaces. Press surfaces together and allow to cure.

Sealant

Apply product, ensuring it is forced into the joint, with good contact to surfaces. Tool with a soap solution before skinning occurs.

Gap Filler

Apply product into gap. Smooth off with spatula dipped in soapy water. Allow to skin before painting with water based paints.

Limitations:

Not recommended for solvent based paints. If required, paint with a water based paint first.

For neater joints, mask sides before applying sealant and remove tape before sealant skins.
Larger, heavier items need to be supported until the adhesive cures.
Paint with water-based paint. A minimum of two coats are necessary to ensure proper wetting out the sealant surface

Uncured product may be removed with mineral turps.
Cured product can be removed by scraping or sanding or with the help of Selleys Silicone Remover.
